Jakana offers full traceability for our inputs, and manages direct trade relationships with all of our outgrowers. As a major contract manufacturer and wholesaler here in Kampala, we dry any fruit or vegetable which is grown in Uganda, like dried tomatoes, pineapple, mango, jackfruit, banana, watermelon, gooseberries, and more.  We also offer products like dried pumpkin and Habanero chili, in both flakes and powder, for example. Our processes involve both solar and commercially dehydrated options, all based on the client’s specifications.  If we grow your favorite spice in Uganda, we can also offer a unique flavor profile to your dried fruit, like chili-lime mango, or ginger-tumeric jackfruit.  Everything we do is based on your custom needs.  White labeling available for all products.
