The business manufactures healthy fruits through value addition of Bananas (green and sweet), Mangos and Pineapples into healthy fruit snacks. The business was developed to reduce post-harvest wastage ensure consistent supply of fruits throughout the Year since most fruits in Kenya and Africa are seasonal.
